Is there a definitive documentary/book/article that gives mainstream journalistic insight into the KO era?

I feel like the extreme highs and lows during this time and the dramatic end would make for a good 30 for 30 type doc yet this era often seems shrouded in mystery and the only insight that exists online is on message boards.

The more interesting 30 for 30 idea would be the rise of UConn men's and women's basketball from the mid 80's through today. No other school has experienced what happened to UConn.

No it was fun when Ollie was the coach. It was fun when we stunk and lost to low mid majors in OOC early season games. Just being sarcastic I actually agree with your comment.

It was fun being the only school from a mid-major conference to win a championship since 1990. The only two other coaches to win a championship from outside a major conference since 1966 are Denny Crum and Jerry Tarkanian. Those two and Ollie are the only coaches to do it.

Funny how all 3 ended their reigns in some form of disgrace.

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair”.
