I heard that a young lady from my hometown made the team (as a walk-on I am guessing). Does anyone know anything about her?

She looks a lot bigger than the 5'7" listing from the second vid...it must just be that the rest of the players aren't that tall

One of the videos led to another interview (Youtube) with Saniya last year about her recruiting. I had the impression last year that she had not garnered all that much attention and Geno was reaching for her. In the interview she reeled off a boat load of big programs that had offered her. It scratched an itch for me, because the more I saw of her the more I thought she was a lock and what were people missing! Gee, we got her . Smart kid.

ummm probably not. Conlon was a recruited, scholarship player, Gatorade CT HS player of the year. Don't think Lawlor comes in with those credentials. But it will be nice to have a CT player (another) on the roster. Especially a walk-on.
