Given the remaining roster, lack of recruits, and the post-season ban next season, I am expecting some abysmal crowds next season. What kind of an impression is that going to make on top recruits when we're in the mix with Kansas, Kentucky, Syracuse etc. when they come for a campus visit and it's a ghost town? This isn't going to wow anyone. Many on this board keep saying that next year is a temporary blip and we'll be back strong in 2013-14. What exactly are you seeing that gives you this impression?
On another subject, I'm shocked that Bradley is leaving. I have always rooted for him and advocated that he should get more PT. Things seemed to open up for him with Oriakhi leaving and Drummond entering the draft and it looked like he would play a huge role next season. I'm just stunned right now. Might this be a sign of something up with JC? I'm also surprised that JC said no one else was transferring and then this. I have to question how in tune he is with what's happening with these kids. I also hope this doesn't open the flood gates to others.
I'm thinking of trying out for the team. I'm over the hill but can still nail the three (if I'm open...).
