I believe that one of Geno’s many responsibilities is to guide his recruits to becoming the best they can be, assuming they are meeting their end of the bargain. For example, KK has to be given every possible opportunity to be the starting point guard IMO. She’s “earned”it. Can KK be a big-time player at the next level? I say yes. I think the most interesting situation is the starting “center”. Can Jana be effective coming off the bench? When Serah came to UConn for her senior year, in addition to getting better, does she expect to start or at least get starter minutes? In the portal world we live in, does UConn need to be a perfect landing spot for players? Kaitlyn last year was phenomenal for everybody.
