I picked this up from the women's board, a panel of college coaches discussing leadership at a Pentagon-sponsored forum.
Ollie was the man and made sure to mention UConn on several occasions. Izzo had a nice bit. He met President Obama the other day and said "don't blame me that your selection didn't win, blame Kevin!" Izzo even used Shabazz, as an example of leadership. After Ollie described one of the techniques he used for team building (he even alluded to that Bazz-Boat incident to big laughs); Jay Wright said, "That's good. I'm going to use that. If I heard that sooner perhaps we would have won in the 2nd round!"
Geno was also on the panel and his usual interesting self, gave a couple of nice zingers to Boeheim.
