Not thrilled about Cal getting more validation of his slimy, 1-and-done-fueled system (this year had the chance to go down in flames like 2013 for them, but will turn out more like 2011 or 2012). It would be satisfying to beat them en route to the championship.

Please don't kill me but I actually kind of like watching this UK team play. They're not all punks like the typical UK teams.

Kensucky's game plan is totally based on how officials call the game. The Harrison twins, Randall and even Young drive all the time seeking out and creating contact. For whatever reason, if you do this and you are bigger and stronger the refs will tend to give you the benefit of the doubt (opposite of how it was called in the '70s-'80s...nowadays they penalize you for being smaller and slighter of build, case in point Boat getting creamed on drives and seldom getting a call) and they have such a size advantage that they take advantage but pushing and hitting the offensive boards hard.They have so much depth that they are not afraid of foul trouble.
I don't like the style and I certainly don't like the cheating coach, but they look very tough right now.

It all makes so much sense. Cal recruits kids who stay only one year. That way, when the NCAA catches on to his bullsh1t and the World Wide Wes influence and retroactively declare a kid ineligible, it can only impact one year at a time. He just needs to have one successful year where nobody catches him.
