Another trial balloon article from the Austin Statesman about Texas moving to ACC with Pitt, UConn and SU, among other scenarios.
One theme I'm seeing in the Texas to ACC articles from Texas-based writers is the academic angle of the ACC. Talk about being in Alice-in-Wonderland. Realignment game makes less sense each passing day.
But since realignment impacts UConn the game must be played.
Worst case for UConn is the SEC takes WVU, and the ACC poaches Pitt/SU/RU plus Texas. UConn could very well be left in an even more schizophrenic conference.
Without a permanent AD I hope UConn isn't getting lost in the mix.
