JSloan = I disagree. There has been a ton of research regarding ACL injuries. Much of that has been specifically aimed at ACL injuries in female athletes.
There have been contributing factors identified but in the end I think most researchers have concluded that female athletes have weaker knees and the demands put on those knees by high level athletics is the real culprit.
