Side note, I had listened to a podcast featuring Geno recently, where he told the hosts that he teaches his kids to decide whether they are going to shoot, pass, or dribble within a second from when they catch the ball. It's fun to watch these different highlight videos with that in mind. He teaches them to make quick but not rushed decisions, which I think is the key to great ball movement and getting players the ball during the small window that they are open. [/QUOTE]
