Andre Drummond

He played 43 minutes and was a +8. Pistons lost by 12. Those other 5 minutes must have been a horror show.

Detroit's bench was 1-12 from the field - I think that's your answer.

I know this is a Drummond thread, but Lamb had himself a hell of a night too.

9/10 from the field, 20 points, and a +22 in 26 minutes of a blowout win over the Bulls.

Charlotte might look real smart for locking him up when they did.

FWIW, Kemba had a pretty good game too.

Kemba didn't play great, but he wasn't bad. He'll never be a top 10 point guard in the league, but he'll certainly be serviceable throughout his career as a mid-range starter.

You guys might want to turn on league pass (free trial). Andre has 25 pts and 23 rbs with about 5 minutes left in the 4th. Pistons are losing but Andre looks like a man among boys, in a league of men. He's unbelievable.

Averaging 20 pts, 19.5 rebs per. Early, yet not a bad start..........

Stan Van Gundy finally seems to have what he didn't have when he was in Orlando.

A freakishly athletic center with gushing potential that is moldable, humble and eager to learn.

Hey Anthony Davis...check your rear view mirror.

One more point to the recent Drummond hype and how he got looked over in the draft.

You guys remember that guy named Fab Melo? DPOY and 1st rounder? Yea, I don't think anyone does.

My thoughts exactly. Good lord. Detroit lost a point every 14 seconds that Drummond was on the bench. Assuming both teams used the entire 24 second clock, Detroit would have failed to score at all and Indiana would have to hit a three on every possession to make up that 20 point margin. Obviously that's not how it would work, but it had to be damn close.

That's an epic level of futility.

Didnt he go late first round? Let's talk Dion Waiters, Michael Kidd Gilchrist, Thomas Robsinson, and Terrence Ross. My god those teams blew it.

I knew the Pistons bench would be a problem but they were outscored 43-2 last night, not sure I've ever seen that.

MKG had a rough first season but he has been good since. Unfortunate he may be out for the year because he is probably the best player on the Hornets. In hindsight Andre should've gone second or third probably, but MKG wasn't a bad pick

With all of Detroit's depth problems on the perimeter (Steve Blake is putrid), you have to wonder if there is any chance Boat would help. Hard to imagine that bench being any worse.
