On watching it again (so inspiring for women's athletics), one thing jumps out at the beginning. When Obama says "give it up for the UConn Huskies" and everyone stands and applauds, Geno applauds, too. In other words, he puts himself outside of the honor itself and instead honors the team. This is the way to coach.
