Good luck to him. He needs an endless supply of 1,800 calorie milk shakes from the vitamin store. I remember a photo of Manute Bol when he was at the U of Bridgeport. He was walking down the aisles of a grocery store with a cart crammed full of groceries. That never did anything for him.

Perfect team to go to, all in on a rebuild, plenty of minutes to be earned. Could surprise a bunch. Just needs to gain about 50 pounds over the next 2-3 years

Amida making good at a summer league would not 'almost be sad.'

If a chunk of frozen urine from a jetliner happened to fall from 30,000 feet and landed squarely on your head, that would almost be sad.

But just almost.

Rooted for him for 4 years so wish him well but man he was frustrating.

AB's a great kid and it would be awesome if he made it. With that said and It's just conjecture but I never felt Brimah worked hard enough on his game year round. I'm not saying he wasn't a hard worker in practice just wondering how much of his off time and off season was spent in the gym.

He was raw and mechanical and picked up the most frustrating fouls, but he was here 4 years and contributed big time to a National Title, and another Tournament appearance.

We should all be hoping he sticks in the league. It would be great for both him and the program.

During WW2 B-17 bomber crews flying at 20,000 feet, on occasion did exactly that when flying over Germany, after dropping their bomb load. The Norden Bombsight was put to good use. Lol.

Perhaps he meant Cassell

Doesn't feel worthy of its own thread, but Sam Cassel Jr to the Cavs. Still no update on Purvis

Nothing against Sam Cassell, but if I'm the kid getting screwed out of a spot because of this, I'm ready to fight somebody.

what's the over-under on him developing a three-point shot and becoming a new-generation three-and-d big?

we had been hearing about a a 15-foot jump shot that never really materialized in college, but you never know, right?
