Just what program is nearing a need to hire that isn't A) really terrible (think Pitt, Kansas, Wisconsin, Illinois, Washington/WSU, Colorado, Ole Miss, Auburn, Vanderbilt) or has an outdated perspective of itself-Purdue, LSU, Alabama. He has a huge opportunity here and lots of upside. [/QUOTE]
