You would think so, but Jessica Shepard did not receive her waiver until the day of her first exhibition game at ND. I am hoping we hear some good news by November 1st.

I think the better question is who will be the fifth starter in 2020. Does one of the seniors get the fifth spot this year? Will it be an underclassmen? Does Paige walk into a starting spot?

ONO is the first starter make no mistake. The real question is who is the 6th (the one Geno knows will do the job), 7th, and 8th (backups really important positions)

On a serious note, unlike this entire thread, Evina and Crystal had surgery. Both were expected to be ready by the start of official practices. Sincerely hope that is still the case.

That's one heck of a starting five! Three #1 recruits, a #2, and #7 ONO. UConn may not have recently added to their trophy case, but there's no recruiting slow down for Geno and CD.

All those players were ranked #1 somewhere. Westbrook and ONO were #1 at ASGR.

I think her first waiver request was denied. She won on the appeal and was notified during/around their exhibition game
