Does EDD really count as a transfer though?

Debatable I guess. She did go to UCONN and immediately bounced and eventually transferred, although it was before she started her playing career.

If not her, I'd say Jess Shepard has been the top transfer of the decade. Saved Notre Dame's season since they were without Turner and was a huge standout in the F4 and title game. Rock solid player both years and a major reason why Notre Dame was as good as they were.
