Alexis Jones Update

Someone with contacts to the Baylor staff is stating that the knee issue has been confirmed to be a bone bruise and that the decision of when Jones can play again is hers, based on her pain level. I am hoping that she can play in the Big 12 tourney championship game, but if she can't play by then I look for her not to play again until the Sweet Sixteen game of the NCAA tourney.

Just glad it it is not an ACL issue that would have ended her season. She will be needed for Baylor to compete for a title.

I guess that is good news..............it could have been a lot worse.............luckily you guys have a pretty strong bench to fill in for awhile
