Now that they've combined the regionals into 2 sites down from 4, there are 8 teams playing at one site, but they only play teams from their region of the bracket. So for example, Seattle had Colorado, Iowa, Ol Miss, Louisville and then UConn, Ohio State, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech. The first 4 teams played a total of 3 games, and the second 4 teams played a total of 3 games. It was weird since usually with regionals you end up with one finalist that moves on to the Final Four.
