Is Georgetown per my site that I follow Nebraska Football on. I won't copy/paste to keep the legitimacy of the premium site. I wouldn't mind to see him in a UConn uniform but it wouldn't be a large loss.

Yes it is Sand Hills. I used to work there over the summers in high school.

Wow fantastic. Ever get to play it? I was out in Denver last year and drove up to NE to play Wildhorse. Also very cool

Yeah we (caddies) got to play it a few times. It was by far the best course Ive had the pleasure to play. Work was actually enjoyable and the money was solid. I wish I could still do it today. It is truly a world class establishment.

that's fantastic. i cant say that i'm not jealous. i did the same type of work when i was in college - worked at winged foot for a summer which was a cool experience as well. the year before they had the most recent US Open.

Wow, I bet that was an awesome experience. Its also a very challenging course. Did you get to play it much while they were prepping it?

Pretty much the same situation as you had. Here and there but we were working close to 70 hours/wk, so not much time for playing golf. Have you played Wildhorse?

Yeah, it was a nice course but Ive had many people try to compare it to Sand Hills and there really isn't a comparison. Don't get me wrong, its a nice course but it shouldnt be compared to Sand Hills.

I wouldnt imagine its even close. i think it was designed to be in the same vein - minimalist course, etc but i am sure there is no comparison.

isnt the clubhouse at sand hills a mile away from the course or something?

Yeah its close to a mile away. We had to take carts up there which made for some chilly rides early in the am. You are spot on about Wild Horse. It sounds like we should be setting up a cross country golf trip with WF and SH as the highlights :)
