Glad to see AJ landed a spot. Even if it is only 1 year, I hope he gets the chance to prove himself. He is still very young so he can still improve over time. The only issue is he will be with a horrible team. I hope he can get the chance to show what he can do.

Wizards are a playoff team.

Wall/Price
Beal/Crawford/Mack
Ariza/Singleton
Seraphin/Booker/Vesely
Nene/Okafor

Good squad. Nothing special, but good enough to be a 7/8 seed in the East.

He had a promising rookie year but I think his game really suffered when he injured his knee again and hasn't been the same ever since. I hope he sticks around the nba.

Eh, I don't see it yet, the Magic will likely be a lottery team given the Howard situation so that opens up a spot but the Nets should be better and a playoff team. Even if Rose misses the most if not all of the year Thibs won't let that team tank and they will still play hard and can be a bottom playoff team. The Wizards should be better but I see them hovering around 9th/10th.

Great for AJ and gives me twice the reason to root for the Wiz!

This team is atrocious. No way they sniff the playoffs.

That attitude served Price well earlier this month, when the Pacers renounced their rights to him. Price didn’t view becoming an unrestricted free agent negatively; it was merely a chance to prove his value to another team.

“It helped me greatly, because it’s made me hungry. It’s made me thirsty again,” Price said of experience with the Pacers. “Made me want to get that, to where I want to be. That’s what I plan to do this year – I plan to play like I’ve never played before.”

I would like to consider myself a pretty big NBA fan, and I've never heard of Seraphin.

I think that Nene and Okafor will start and play alongside each other.

Well, they are definitely not better than:
1) Miami
2) Boston
3) New York
4) Brooklyn
5) Chicago
6) Philly
7) Indiana
8) Orlando if they keep Dwight

I don't see any conceivable way that they finish higher than 8th and even that is stretching it. An awful lot would have to go right for the Wizards to make the playoffs.

Seraphin is a young french player. He's not extremely skilled (IMO) but has good hustle and is fairly powerful. Decent player in his second year. I wouldn't start him over Nene or Okafor, but I don't watch the Wizards a ton (who does).

The only team I think they are better than in the East with that roster is Charlotte. MAYBE they are better then Cleveland and Toronto.

But Atlanta's roster is a lot better. So is the Bucks. The Pistons are even better.

Also, I think Booker or Oak start over Seraphin
