It's going in when our expansion plan is approved by the Sate Legislature, after we get our B1G invite!!!

We would have a better chance of getting approval by the sate legislature than the state legislature. If we don't get picked up by another conference we will fall into obscurity and you'll be lucky to find toilet paper in any of the restroom stalls, never mind a state of the art scoreboard/signage.
