I think Vic's style and what he prioritized did not align with what AEH wanted to do and how she liked to play. I don't think AEH at the same time was able to give Miss St or UCONN what they wanted either based on how she likes to play. This is why even though there are a lot of talented players out there, recruiting ones that fit into your style of play is very important.
