Adobe Pop-Up

I keep getting this Adobe pop-up message:

“A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?”

Is this a problem with the Boneyard or my computer?

I'll check the next time I get the pop-up. I thought it might have something to do with the ads.

I just got the pop-up. I was on the main page of the football board (not in one of the threads). The only thing I see moving are the ads. The only other thing open on my computer is Outlook.
