with respect to playing with a mask, Because Drummond obviously plays MUCH better without the mask vs RIP who loves the mask. Sorry
Last night was the first time I really saw the potential with Drummond (I've only seen UCF & Arkansas games). AD changed the game on defense for sure and sometimes on offense. I think he needs 2yrs in college to develop his offensive game, but his defensive raw talents are clearly visible and prodigious. If him and AO can develop and chemistry they are capable of dominating on both ends. Great game by Andre Drummond last night, in a way his first college game and he's off to a great start*.
Meanwhile hugely impressed with Tyler Olander who may currently be the most valuable frontcourt player because he brings the most offensive (shooting, poise=steady with ball) and defensive (the team's only reliable defensive rebounder) consistency to the court.
* Did someone really complain that AD had too many dunks?!
