So I'm thinking of buying into the latest fitness gimmick in an attempt to jump start more regular exercise habits again. I always have the best success when I'm tracking something, but when it takes too much effort to track, that motivation will break down for me.
Anyway, looking for input/advice from those who use them. Which one(s) do you have or have you tried? What do you like or not like about it?
