We are in the best position possible.
The basketball world has yet again decided CT is irrelevant in Men's Basketball. Some of us are our own tidal wave of self fulfilling negative energy. I have had my fair share of good times and set backs as a guy from CT but I usually had some brash boston accented Irishman telling me his team regardless of where they were from where going to win titles. Those titles gave me hope and pride and I used them as motivators. Well, right now the old guy is not there and its our turn to turn up as much postive energy as he gave us. F %% Warde who gave us a hand with a 1 year deal, F Emmert and the other dbags for clearly singling out us when other schools violate rules worse. We got to get to every game we can, get on every chat board we can and be the big Husky wave that shocked the world. They all think we are done. No respect for what we did and still can do. We need to get it together as a fan base and do our part. And stop crying about practice facilities. Kids come because they can go to the Pros and Win banners. Tell me, how many teams in recent history are better at it than us.
