I think it helps my position entirely.  I am not sure what metrics support UConn Football over St. Louis Basketball and I'm not sure it's relevant.  We need a conference to believe UConn Football would thrive in a better situation just as we are sure it would.  Same would happen with a basketball program not named DePaul. [*]Big East - Much different conference than the A-10 15-member mid-majors
[*]Saint Louis University - in the Big East it would be 5th in enrollment and 2nd in Endowment.  Perfect fit.

I think SLU would be very successful in the Big East.  There really are no other options for the Big East if it wants to expand or needs to backfill.
