It's an NC State article from TOS, so it favors them a bit, but he does mention each visit.

Providence:
"It was a great visit. They have down-to-earth people and coach Cooley has been recruiting me hard for two years now. I know they are trying to do big things down there."
NC State:
"I loved it at NC State. I liked the overall vibe of the people there and the people in North Carolina. They showed me great hospitality, and the environment there stands out... with Duke and North Carolina right there everyone is following college basketball. Plus, the coaching staff is just amazing. They are really nice people and want you to understand their message and help them win a national title."
Florida:
"That visit went well. They have their own vision of me, and I can see how I would fit in."
UConn:
"That trip was great," said Abu. "They talked about how much they want me, and how much they need me. Coach Ollie is a great guy. They are looking for strong, high-character people, and I think I would fit in there."

Finishes with this:
"Right now we have a confidential date, but I don't want to put it out publicly yet because it could change," he said. "Our plan is to do a press conference before I go back to school, and I go back on September 10th. I feel like I've narrowed it down. I'm going to take feedback from others, but I believe it's up to you to decide your own path."

i like how he mentions duke and north carolina as the schools that fans follow in NC. abu take your own advice, no one cares about NCST BB, at least in NC

FWIW Meyer changed his 247 prediction to Florida today. If he changes to NCST at any point he will have had all 4 schools as his choice. What an expert.

Yeah, mentioning two other schools when talking about yours probably isn't a great sign. His comment about Florida was rather short and generic.

Lets not read too much into each quote, he probably didn't think they would be dissected. That video of him in a uconn shirt working out was promising, but It seems like no one besides Abu himself knows where he's going. I would not be surprised if he commits before sept 7

Based on AMA's comments on each visit I don't see how someone not in his inner circle could come to that conclusion

It's simple. There are two surefire ways to tell that a recruit favors a school:

1) He gives that school lots of praise
2) He doesn't give that school lots of praise, because he is being coy

If you spot either of those two telltale signs, you can be confident that's where he's going!

I don't like the sound of that at all.

FWIW Florida people on the national recruiting board on Rivals said the Florida visit didn't go very well.

Florida has been by far my biggest concern throughout this. His comments about UF don't look very positive. If they're indeed out of the mix I'll take our chances against Mark Gottfried and Ed Cooley!

Combine the fact that chris walker is only playing half the year, meaning he'll probably stick around for at least the '15 season, I think Florida is the least likely. shocked jerry meyer is predicting florida, I doubt he knows much more than we do

Sept is going to be a monster recruiting month for KO and his staff. UConn is much closer to putting together a Fab 5 for 2014 than PC; just watch the dominos start falling.

Whoa! Whoa! Easy throwing that Fab 5 stuff around now. History shows thats the kiss of death for a recruiting class.

I think Abu comes to Uconn. I mean come on, do you want to play third fiddle to carolina and duke at nc state or be front and center stage here? I think hes coming here and i think Ollie is going to pull a big time class in `14

I know this is something that stems from the PC board, but any parallels to the Fab Five - whether from PC or UConn fans - need to be shot down immediately. The original Fab Five consisted of four top ten players, including the #1 overall player. UConn and PC have a couple potentially nice classes brewing, but there is no resemblance at all to the Fab Five.
