Honestly, I found it to be a pretty solid article.

I also found the part about Newsome not belonging on the team (in a good way for him, personally) to be a more gratuitous shot at the program than the one of Edsall.

Edsall may have softened with age, but he has also earned his reputation.

Edsall is different in many ways, he's eaten some humble pie. The only "same old Randy" I've seen was the decision to go conservative to protect a one score lead against Holy Cross. Bryant Shirreffs was running train over their D and we should have continued to pile on.
