The ability to marshall and use resources effectively is one of the real strengths of the Disney organization. I'm not saying they won't end up nickel-and-diming this promotion, but of the major entities with the resources to do something like this, they're near or at the top of my list of those likely to do it successfully. You're probably right about the fixed assets, let's see what other elements Disney can and does mobilize.
