How does the AAC value draws in terms of standings?

If a draw is considered 1 pt and a win 2 ... why is Cincy ahead of UCONN and Tulsa but memphis is not?

Thanks for the clarification. The standings that I posted above were directly from the soccer section at the AAC website. So instead of clicking on "Mens Soccer Standings" to get accurate standings ... I should have clicked on "All Standings" ... Thanks!!
