Sans UConn of course. Massey's average MOV for UConn vs AAC - 47 points! UCF and Cincy fare the worst. Massey predicts 63 point wins.

How well would other conferences fair against UConn? I'm serious, now - and, no, I'm not running the numbers because, prior to your post, the thought never crossed my mind - but, how well would, say, the Big 12, Pac 10 or Big 10 fair against UConn, MOV-wise?

Uconn's current margin of victory against an OOC that is stronger than the average of any conference out there is 36 ppg. So I would say that the AAC is about average - trade out say Depaul for a middle of the road team from any of the power conferences and the MOV probably tops 40 at this point - an Oklahoma, or Missouri or Georgia Tech, or Illinois.

What is impressing me this year with the AAC also rans is that they are playing ranked teams tough - USF losing to Baylor by 3, Tulane to FSU by 6, Temple beating FLA, ECU to NW by 3, SMU to TAMU by 12 and MissSt by 2, Houston to GW by 4 and Iowa by 14, Tulsa to Okla by 13.

They are playing competitive ball which was not true for the most part last year.
