The NET seems to be treating the league better than the RPI did:

7. Houston
32. Cincinnati
36. UCF
61. Temple
65. Memphis
89. UConn
99. Tulsa
108. USF
111. Wichita State
126. SMU
226. ECU
308. Tulane

What this also shows to me is just how winnable the league will be when we turn the roster over. We're still in the top half of the league in NET rating and we don't even have a team that is a serious threat to compete for the NCAA tournament.

Speaking of the NCAA tournament- obviously it's not likely to happen. But there are still Q1 win opportunities for us in the following games:

@ UCF
@ Temple
@ Memphis
Houston
And Cincinnati is 2 spots away from counting as a Q1 win at home

One of the only positives about this conference is no matter how bad we are come March- we always have a decent shot of getting automatic bid by winning conference tourney- which is usually pretty winnable every year

While I'm generally pretty positive and can concur that the team can put up a nice showing to beat anyone in the conference on a given night, I still need to be convinced they can string together 3 such wins on consecutive nights. But there's always a chance things will click. Will see.

We can beat Tulsa anywhere but at Tulsa.

We’ve lost 4 straight to them, including one at home and are 3-6 overall. The last two home wins were by a combined 3.5 points. They are our kryptonite.

if the AAC tournament started tomorrow what would the bracket look like? I'm obviously hoping somebody else can do the research so I don't have to

Kinda hate already having two losses to teams in league below us. Team didn’t even show up!

I remember beating them by 30+ one year. Unfortunately you could say a lot of teams are our kryptonite these days.

We're 3-1 against them not at their place and 0-5 against them at their place.

Yea we beat em by 25 the second time we played them. All other games have been decided by 10 points or less.

There was an AACT game in Hartford that was like 8-0 at the under 12 timeout mixed in there too I think.

#1 Cincy vs #9 Tulsa/ #8 UConn
#4 Memphis vs #5 UCF / #12 Tulane

#3 Temple vs #6 SMU / #11 Wichita State
#2 Houston vs #7 USF / #10 ECU

Lots of ties right now and I didn't figure out tiebreakers.

Kryptonite implies that we are superman. We've been buttcheeks by traditional standards for more than half of the existence of the American
