ECU's Packard named Baseball Player of the Year
No surprise to see Packard of ECU win player of the year. Following Cumbie (iirc) winning pitcher of the year last year for Houston, Fletcher won it this season. Makes you wonder how they lost so much early and fell into the RPI hole they still haven't completely climbed out of.
Now, shoutout to Fedko for being the freshman hitter of the year! Bright future for him, and his brother is just as good or even better.
Feole first-team all league for the second season in a row. Dare I say we have a third (nearly) consecutive lefty taken in the first round of the MLB draft when 2019 rolls around? Feldstein also first team while PJ and Susi were second team.
