A serious question about Syracuse

When Boeheim goes how long does the zone continue? Is the zone SU's identity? Or does it disappear soon after nose picker goes?

My guess is that man to man creeps in almost immediately. Not that it will replace the zone but it will augment it in the short term and become the primary defense in a few years.

Depends who they bring in. If they can lure Hopkins back (doubt it), will still play a lot of zone. If they give it to McNamara or another alum, will probably still play a lot. But if they go outside the tree, I imagine they'll play as much man as your standard teams

If new coach is Cuse alumni it may stay.
Will be replaced on day one if new coach is not Cuse alum.
