Michigan absolutely destroyed ND today, winning 93-54, the worst loss for the Fighting Irish in more than two decades. Hidalgo was held to 4-21 shooting, including 0-8 from three. Overall, ND shot only 9% from three. I wondered how much it would affect ND by relying so heavily on Hidalgo, but even if she had a normal game, ND would still have lost by over 20. Wow!!!

Michigan looks very good!

And we have Michigan coming to Mohegan Sun this coming Friday....8:00 on Fox.

Gee...I wonder if Geno might point out the ND score in preparing for the game.
It might just get our attention....bet there will be nothing lackadaisical at the tip.
Let's have a huge crowd there to show Michigan that we are not Notre Dame...period.

My Wolverines did look good--really came to play--but it's also the case that Notre Dame was just bad. Let's see if we can hang with UConn on Friday, stay within 15.

Big fan of Michigan Athletics, mostly football basketball and hockey. I kept on looking to see if any of the players that really shined last year and being very young or going to transfer out and I was happy for Kim that no one left. They have a good mix but more impressively. I don’t know if they got a new coach, but they somehow learned how to play defense better. I’m writing this just after they barely lost to our Uconn. They are a good basketball team, not terribly surprised they beat Notre Dame, but the amount was surprising.
