I'm usually not into the "title this pic" threads, but this pic is just perfect, from the depth of field, composition - all of it. I think it was taken during the Nolan final dunk, but I'm not sure. I'm undecided about what I like more - Boat's evocative, scream of pure joy, the MSU player with his head thrown back like Charlie Brown on a bad day, the three victory-arms fans who apparently see the play before it happens, or the Referee busting a dance move over on the right . . .

Boat was going crazy yesterday. He was all over the place harassing the dribbler, getting steals, running over to the bench to fire up his teammates, and launching himself what seemed like 10 feet in the air to chest bump those same teammates. As Calhoun said to Ryan, "you're defense was special man."

Ryan got sooooo high on that dunk at the beginning of the game. Looked like he could have done a 360. Ollie may have ripped his legs off though.

HEART OF A LION

I remember this as it happened (the TV had a slightly different angle). Boat was excited like a six year old on Christmas. I thought he was going to jump out of the building with the energy he had at that moment.

I really think Boat is sometimes under appreciated for what he brings to the team.

Over his time here people like to kill Boat about his PG skills, shot selection , turnovers etc etc

Does he always make the right play-no-but few do.

He plays hard and with passion. HE JUST WANTS TO WIN.

No one should ever doubt this kids desire to compete and will to win.

We would not be making this run without him.

Lmao Charlie Brown on a bad day!

Thing is, he has tightened up those things immeasurably since the beginning of the season began. Kid has developed, plain and simple.

If he hadn't improved, UCONN is not where they are now.
