A Little comparison-UConn Fresh vs. Oregon Fresh

While watching the Oregon/WSU game today, I was curious how the #1 Oregon Class looks compared to the #2 UConn class.
Yes, it's unbelievably early for any definitive comparison but there lots of similarities-both have young teams, both have an older transfer leading them (Boley/Westbrook), both have a Freshman starting point guard and both will rely on these freshman.

Oregon Fresh average more team minutes, which is a bit skewed as Nika Muhl is not available for UConn so the gap should be closer. That said, we clearly have the key freshman in Paige vs. Te-Hina who is very good in her own right. Our freshmen are scoring more, shooting better in FG, 3pt FG (albeit significantly less shots), same percent in Rebounds per game, more assists but also more turnovers.

Pretty good match up to watch. Both teams should advance quite far in the NCAAT.

I think for both, they have a guard who is really good out of the gate, and the rest may be a bit up and down for now.
