A few tournament thoughts

First off, was the sponsor of the Oklahoma State Oregon game Crayola Crayon?

And who thought that having a cumber bun type red stripe on the Wisconsin uniform was a good fashion statement?

I thought it was sort of a ho-hum first couple of days of the tournament. Just not enough upsets and and it seemed that most of the teams that had a chance to tie or take the lead on their last possession fell flat on their faces. I think I remember two or three games where those teams didn't even get a shot off.

I guess I have to give the committee some credit since almost all the higher seeds advanced. I still can't fathom why they had to put Dayton in Dayton, or was that Columbus, against a higher seed, PC. Though, many said that Dayton should have been a higher seed in the first place.

That's just another miscue by adidas. Cincinnati and Louisville are wearing similar jerseys:
