A case for the glass being half full, if not more

Snowed in, we watched the ND game again, including watching many replays.
A number of our players played very, very good basketball. Winning basketball. In no particular order: Bent got minutes and nailed some shots with apparent confidence. Williams shot very well, again with apparent confidence and determination. Walker looked every bit the part of a #1 recruit, scoring consistently AND rebounding like a tiger!
Ono looked terrific, playing with verve, rebounding, blocking shots consistently, scoring, being aggressive. Dangerfield continues to play like the leader of the band, making a high percentage of her shots and captaining the team very effectively and confidently. Irwin took some shots and hit some. The Frosh were basically Frosh.
Given some of the doom and gloom seen in parts of the Yard, I was hoping this would give some of you a boost?
