I use a connected ROKU streaming device for all my live TV (YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+ and other apps from ROKU, I find it much easier to navigate. You seem to be the perfect candidate to "cut the cord" from Comcast/Xfinity and move to one of these live streaming services. Unfortunately you cannot cut 100% from Comcast, as you require their internet to run all of these other streaming services.
