Hope they play. OSU v. UW canceled. ASU v. COL canceled.
Cougs overmatched here but won't go quietly. Tough, gritty game with higher than average Oregon TO's and below average shooting percentage. Ducks win but won't be pretty.

Good start for the Cougs, but foul trouble to their bigs probably spells doom. I'm loving the feistiness from WSU this year.

Cougars leading the mighty Ducks, 20-14 after one. I'm not sure where the new and improved Oregon defense is so far. Turnovers are a big problem for the Ducks so far.

Yep... as I suspected. Kudos to Cougs. They have some nice parts this year and came to play today.

Interesting graphic shown at the outset of the broadcast:

Nation's longest active winning streaks:
Oregon 25
Princeton 22
Marist 16

Princeton's may well still be the longest by the season's end.

Washington State leads at the half 37-32, alarm bells going off in Pullman for the Ducks! Cougs going Duck hunting so far.

Wow! Maybe the Cougs are for real. They haven't been to the NCAA Tournament in almost 30 years.

Ducks 11 TO’s to 7 assists. Many TO’s unforced. And yeah the Cougs are gonna cause some problems in this league.

What you have to love about today, Jessica Clark of Washington State hadn't scored all season. She has 7 in the first half against Oregon. That's a great start to the Freshman's career out of Vancouver.

Charlisse Leger-Walker is so impressive. Rare combination of poise and sheer physical strength for a freshman.

Have there been other notable players from New Zealand in NCAA WBB? Drawing a blank here.

Two Cardinal come to mind: Clare Bodensteiner was born in New Zealand but grew up in the U.S., and Jillian Harmon has Kiwi nationality, though she was first generation Kiwi-American through her mother and was born and raised in the US. Both have played for the Kiwi national team.

Cougs holding onto a slim lead here, but Oregon showing some signs of life. 50-49 Cougs after 3.

Where’s are “Prince will be POTY this year” and “she’s miles better than Heberd” poster?

She’s been very quiet.

I'm willing to give Prince the benefit of a doubt as she works her way back from an ankle sprain, but yes, she's been quiet. Washington State up by 2 inside of 3 minutes to go. It'll be a wild finish here.

I'm feeling vindicated for ranking Washington State this week.
Just a little teaser: You aren't the only one feeling vindicated.

Boley has really caught fire after going cold the last two games.

Sabally has also been very impressive.

Agreed. I also don’t see Graves wanting to play both of them together, because while they can dominate down low together, I think he values having four really good three point threats and letting the post set screens and go to work inside.

Yeah, the interesting thing here is that Oregon needed to be shooting 60% from three to even have a shot at winning this game down the stretch. Erin Boley and Jazzy Shelley won't shoot 8-9 from three next time out. We'll see if Wazzu can escape here on the last possession.
