In the post game interview after the Sun Devil victory over Washington State CTT said she felt like the Cardinal were the best team in the country earlier in the season when they defeated the Devil's by eight. She says they've only gotten better. I would tend to agree with her.

I am curious to see how the Young Ducks respond after that beatdown by Arizona as they have been off for a week due to Cal's Covid situation. Oregon State hung tough with the Cardinal for a while until their batteries ran out.

Oregon had the #1 Recruiting class in 2020 vs. #2 UConn-and I like watching Oregon to compare our group vs. that group. Quickly perusing the stats, UConn is better in almost all the categories save Minutes player per game and Turnovers per game.

Oregon played Stanford fairly tough the first time (a 7 point loss) , and I was was (then) optimistic that the second meeting would be different. But, now, I'm not so sure since Oregon hasn't really been able to find a groove since them. On the other hand, Prince is available this time (and getting healthier and stronger) so perhaps she will make a difference.

Good start. Stanford 10-7 at the first media TO. Paopao playing well. Kiana has stepped up her game recently, continuing today. Brink swatted Sabally, but Paopao and Mikesell have gone right at her and gotten shots over and around her to go in. Sabally with a nice flying elbow drop into Brink's gut right before the break.
