The team doesn't play again until Sunday, Feb 18 at the XL Center against Temple. After that it's a road trip to Tulane (Feb 21) and SMU (Feb 24) before the season finale and senior night against USF at Gampel on Feb 26.

CD said the team will have 2 days off and the coaches will hit the road recruiting.

No. Bob Joyce doesn't realize some of us want to know which states they'll be traveling to. We can take it from there...

We may have to do our own investigating.

According to Kevin Lynch, a UConn coach (Shea or Marisa) is at Blair Academy watching Blair play Rutgers prep. Louisville there as well. Who might they be watching? Players from Blair haven't worked out too well at UConn.

Blair has a couple of guard prospects in 2121 Dominique Darius & Olivia Miles.
I still holding out that Batouly will come on once healthy.

Ahh.. I had al but forgotten about her. There is youtube video out thre from this summer where Correa was very excited about receiving a UCONN letter.

Can't find who Horston played against but did find this nugget:


UConn assistant Shea Ralph came to town last week to watch Horston and told Africentric coach Will McKinney afterward that she appreciated Horston for reasons other than basketball.


“Coach Ralph was impressed with how she supported her teammates and didn’t get down when she was on the bench with fouls,” McKinney said.


Ralph no doubt also observed how hard Horston took the Nubians’ loss to Newark.


“She takes losing really hard,” McKinney said. “She takes it as her fault. If you are a good player and a good competitor, that’s the mind-set that you have to have.”
