I actually started to have a little Sabrina hangover myself when the season fell apart. I've been a big fan of Ionescu since I saw her play in the E8 against ND in 2018. She's definitely felt the love from ESPN and as is traditionally what happens, only the chosen one in a season gets the attention and that was her. Of course, she's backed it up with her play and seems to have a personality that is media and fan friendly while just on the line of confident/cocky.
We've known for a year she would be the number one pick. The juniors who entered will make this a more interesting draft than I would have previously suspected. Dallas has a local girl who is very good but Sabally would be tough to pass on.

Statistically speaking, the best 3-point shooters in the draft are (1) Meg and (2) Crystal. Fingers crossed.

The Lynx, pointed to as maybe picking Meg, are keeping people guessing. Some of the possibilities talked about here. Lynx need a point guard, but could draft a forward at No. 6 in WNBA draft
They are both good 3 point shooters, but not the best statistically in this draft. Don't want to rain on the UConn parade & sorry to those tired of Sabrina, but the facts are she had far more 3 pointers and a higher % than both Megan & Crystal.
