Lengthy forward with unlimited potential and talent. Uses her size and presence to protect the rim and cause deflections and steals. Pressures the ball well due to lateral quickness and the ability to cover so much ground. Attacks off the dribble with purpose and assertiveness. Finishes well over, around, and through defenders if needed. High basketball IQ and mature for her age and has tremendous upside to her game.

....but a three-pointer from freshman Paisley Hogan initiated a 12-0 run that completely turned the game in Northside's favor.

"She does a lot of things that go unnoticed," Smith said of Hogan, a 6-1 freshman. "She blocks shots, makes the extra pass, plays help side defense. ... Then (Tuesday) she hits four threes if I'm not mistaken. For a young lady that's as young as she is, she plays a lot more mature."

Hogan, who also had 13 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 blocks in the game, added another three-pointer during the Lady Bears' rally -- one that featured three steals.
