Thank you for your incredible and continued support of NCAA women’s basketball. Your enthusiasm and loyalty are a huge part of what makes the NCAA DI Women's Basketball Championship so special, and we are grateful to have you as part of this community.

Ahead of this year's tournament, we have an important update regarding the ticket process for next year's Women’s Final Four so you can plan ahead.

For 2027, tickets will be requested through an application process rather than purchased through a presale, which has been used in previous years.

With the Women's Final Four in such high demand, this updated approach ensures a fair and streamlined experience for all fans interested in attending.

What you need to know:​

• The application will allow fans to request up to four (4) tickets, which include the semifinals and national championship. ​
• The application will close at the end of May and requests will be randomly selected and fulfilled based on availability over the summer. ​
• Your application does not guarantee you will receive tickets.​
• Payment in full for your tickets ($400 per ticket) plus the application fee ($25) will be due at the time you submit your application.​
• Only upper-level tickets will be available through the application process.​
• Premium ticket and hospitality packages will be available in the fall of 2026 at NCAA.com/VIP.​
• If you are not selected, the total price of the ticket(s) you requested will be refunded in the fall, but the $25 application fee will not.​

I was thinking the same thing. Upper Bowl only and $25 application fee that they keep. It's all about the money.

Def a money grab, very disappointing. I've attended three of the last four WBB Final Fours (Minneapolis, Cleveland and Tampa) and if you really wanted to attend you could buy a ticket in the upper-level for around $150-300 on resale sites like SeatGeek, Ticketmaster or Stubhub. A bit more for center court seats and a bit less behind the baskets. I had been buying premium seats via the NCAA for those three FF and those package perks are nice because you get what you pay for. This year I decided not to do that and figured I could buy on the resale market for a whole lot less (economy sucks, didn't want to spend that kind of money this year, etc.).

But if next year all the upper-level seats COST $400.00 then the resale market will reflect that - more than double the price of years' past!

As a UConn fan I found that WBB FF was the "affordable" championship to attend vs. MBB FF, World Series, Super Bowl, etc. Boy, they're really taking advantage of us going forward!

At least I'll always have Tampa...
