They screwed their future when they did not keep LA first round pick and did so again when they traided their next first for Nassy Smith. Their record is so bad they might end up with a lottery pick and she is not worth it. They seem to have no clue as to what is wrong or what they actually need to correct things. There is no way they were going to salvage this season even if Plumb had stayed. The chemistry they had was ruined last season and they really needed to start from scratch.
