How many impact freshman are they going to get this year, meaning the million $ plus types of freshman that will start. A freshman will come in, and maybe impress Reich in practice but by the next season they will have to re-prove themselves with an unknown new coach where they might not be involved for a variety of reasons like scheme, etc. I know coaching changes happen all the time but how often is it pre-planned without a replacement named in advance.
