It looks like the portal closes on May 1st so if that’s true, we don’t have long to wait.

That's the deadline to enter the portal so that you can play immediately in the 2024-25 season. Anyone that goes into the portal after that date will have to sit out a year. Once in the portal players can commit to a new school at any time I believe, so your roster may be done in May, maybe June, maybe July, maybe August. If you have no scholarships available, then your roster is set obviously, but everyone else is in portal shopping mode until there are no more players the team is interested in.

Old Geezer- - -Not before May 1 to June or July most likely! With Portal moves still to be made some signings may not occur till the end of the Portal period!
