2023 Cayman Islands Women's Basketball Classic - November 24th and 25th

If you do go please post photos of Kim’s island outfits. I’m picturing some over the top Hawaiian shirts
I’m guessing we’ll see more pink flamingo feathers…

I checked the package and thought ohh-kayy. Then I realized it was land only!

If you go , take a snorkeling trip to Sting Ray City. It is awesome! I would like to go, but this is a rather expensive trip.

You can actually go to Hell on Grand Cayman Island. No joke. As ol' Casey Stengel used to say, "You could look it up."

If UConn is scheduled against Virginia we might get to see Mir McClean provided she is fully recovered from the knee injury that ended her 22-23 season.

NEWS: UConn women’s basketball announces it will compete in the inaugural Cayman Islands Classic women’s college basketball tournament next season. Eight teams (LSU, Virginia Tech, UCLA, Kansas, Niagara, Tulane and Virginia + UConn) will compete in the Classic on Nov. 24-25

Apparently Kim agreed to participate in the tournament before she saw what teams were invited. Even Niagara (at 249) is a higher ranked team than Kim is accustomed to. What, Bellarmine and Houston Christian weren't invited?!

The problem with the package is that it starts on Thanksgiving. It is also without air fare and other charges.

With those 2 pods....and 2 winners emerging after all is said and done:

Assuming no upsets in round one we will have 4 finalists:

UConn/UCLA/LSU/Va. Tech...talk about 2023-2024 elites.

LSU with some recent additions of excellence...UCLA landing Betts...

Are UConn and Va. Tech done for next season or not?

Those 2 final games should be dynamite and great early season tests for
everybody.
